1.  Incomplete or inaccurate information voids any Greystone Properties, LLC form.  If a Lease Agreement is signed between Applicant(s) and Landlord based on inaccurate or incomplete information, Lease Agreement will be terminated.
     
2.  Applicant agrees to furnish two (2) forms of identification prior to process applications whenever local, state, federal laws apply.  Any applicant who has been a resident of California is required by law to provide three (3) forms of valid identification prior to the process of their application.
     
3.  I understand that management must confirm receipt of a Leasing Application, Application Fee, and Holding Deposit before an apartment can be placed on hold.
     
8.  I understand this form does not guarantee a requested apartment and/or preferred move-in date.
