Greystone Properties, LLC. is a licensed real estate company headquartered in Columbus, Georgia.  Our primary focus is in property management with our ownership having over 40 years of experience in this business.  In addition, the owners of Greystone Properties, LLC. have been involved in land development and construction for over 36 years. 

In 1995, the owners formed Greystone Properties, LLC. and began a program of building upscale apartment communities in excellent locations. Success was immediate and the practice of building new communities continues today.  We are continuing this successful growth through our vision, our quality construction, our great attention to detail, and through our professional property management staff. We are committed to establishing a long and lasting relationship with our residents.
