possible maintenance services available. Included in this
pledge of providing premium maintenance services, we offer a
24-Hour Maintenance Response Guarantee and a Six Star
Maintenance Program.
24-Hour Maintenance Guarantee
*If a Resident has not received a response to a routine
interior repair service request within 24 hours, the Resident
will receive a credit on their next month's rent for each day
exceeding 24 hours.
*24-hour guarantee begins when the leasing office acknowledges
receipt of the service request (On weekends, only emergency
service requests are included in this guarantee).
Examples of routine service requests included in this
guarantee are:

Plumbing repairs

Heating and air-conditioning repairs

Appliance repairs
-
Electrical repairs
-
Door lock repairs
Examples of non-routine service requests not included in this
guarantee are:

Weather related damages and/or damages by fire

Damages caused by Residents

Cosmetic repairs

Repairs requiring the services of a subcontractor

Repairs requiring parts that are unusual or difficult to
obtain

Foundation or structural repairs
Six Star Maintenance Program

Routine maintenance offered six days a week

Quarterly inspections that include filter replacement,
servicing of smoke alarms, inspection for mold and mildew,
and
alarm inspections

Emergency maintenance offered twenty-four hours a day

Service requests submissions available via the internet
