Greystone Properties, LLC Maintenance GuaranteeGreystone Properties, LLC. pledges to provide the best possible maintenance services available, including the pledge to providing premium maintenance services!Maintenance Guarantee It is the policy of Greystone Properties that any routine interior maintenance service including plumbing repair for uncontained water leaks, HVAC repairs, electrical repairs, and door lock repairs which are called into the Management Office before 1:00 pm Monday through Friday will be completed before “sundown” the same day. In addition, the Maintenance Teams of Greystone Properties provide 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service. We commit ourselves to providing each Resident with the best possible service and care.
