Maintenance Guarantee

It is the policy of Greystone Properties that any routine interior maintenance service including plumbing repair for uncontained water leaks, HVAC repairs, electrical repairs, and door lock repairs which are called into the Management Office before 1:00 pm Monday through Friday will be completed before “sundown” the same day. In addition, the Maintenance Teams of Greystone Properties provide 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service. We commit ourselves to providing each Resident with the best possible service and care.

Examples of routine service requests included in this guarantee are:

Uncontained water leaks
Heating and air-conditioning repairs
Appliance repairs
Electrical repairs
Door lock repairs

Examples of non-routine service requests not included in this guarantee are:

Weather related damages and/or damages by fire
Damages caused by Residents
Cosmetic repairs
Repairs requiring the services of a subcontractor
Repairs requiring parts that are unusual or difficult to obtain
Foundation or structural repairs

Additional Services:

Quarterly inspections that include filter replacement, servicing of smoke alarms, inspection for mold and mildew, and alarm inspections
Emergency maintenance offered twenty-four hours a day
Service requests submissions available via the internet
