by mail, by fax, or in person.
Applications are processed upon receipt of all non-refundable
administrative fees. Apartments are reserved upon receipt of
the holding deposit on a first come, first served basis.
(We do accept Visa or Mastercard for holding deposits
and administrative fees.)

Instructions for
completing the application:
1. All occupants 18 years and older must complete
and sign a separate application.
*Exception: Married couples may complete one joint
application.
2. All occupants under 18 years of age must be listed on the
application.
3. All applications must be completed and fully signed.
4. One non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00 per
application.
5. All pets must be listed on the application. (Pets must be
approved in accordance with our current pet policies.) |
